What is the Linda Schoenberger Memorial Swim Fund?

The Linda Schoenberger Memorial Swim Fund was initiated in 2021. Its mission was to enable lower income families and children the opportunity for a free family season pass to Baer Memorial Swimming Pool. Linda was a founding member of the Lehighton Area Pool Pals, helping to resurrect the community back to a thriving state as it once was. She was a community activist who for many decades donated her time and energy to help our area prosper. In her memory this fund was created to continue her hard work and dedication she gave to all of us. With each year growing, we have been able to donate an increasing number of passes to families in need. This fund allows Linda to keep

doing what she loved doing...to continue helping others....

as she lived her life...even after death.
